I called the locksmith to unlock my car and to program a new key. I only had the key fob for 1 week and then it just... stopped working. I called them to let them know if they could replace it since it is a new KEY. The guy literally told me there was nothing he could do, the key I probably got was probably defective and to go replace the battery. I would assume that If something is new.. you would expect it to last you for about a year not just 1 weeks. So much for their help..read more

They sent a smith to pick a lock in Tampa Fl. They did have a good price, but this cheap service now has the lock on my... front door not working. The smith struggled with the door for 30 minutes or more, and claimed it was because it was a schlage lock. I did not think this could be damaging at the time, but now I understand it could. I could not recommend this service to anyone in the area.read more
